Yes. Many athletes start with limited swim background. We build technique, endurance and confidence progressively.

How long does Ironman preparation take?+

Typically 24–36 weeks of structured coaching, layered onto an existing base.

Do you coach pool and open-water?+

Both. Sessions are prescribed for the environment you have access to and your race demands.
